Spreading AAC Awareness with Lucas the Lion

We love Lucas the Lion and this book about his Tiny Talker! We have found this book to be a fun, engaging and meaningful way to spread awareness about AAC and using different methods to communicate. Our kids, irrespective of the way they communicate, have been able to share this book and learn from the message. The detachable talker is a great element too and allows kids to practice using their own talker to read along or to communicate with one another. This book compliments broader classroom or program-wide trainings, and is also nice to have as part of a class/program library!
